Aerosol with 97% content of zinc-resistant to 300°C
Description
Aerosol with large content of zinc (97%). Designed for protection metal and steel surfaces. Useful in small craft works such as welding and body repairing works (car body repairs, exhaust system painting). In industry protection against rust in all types of constructions. Excellent base in constructions exposed to water influence and weather conditions (metal cases and plumbing fittings). New recipes accordable to requirements of Directive 42/2004/EU.p>
Properties
- Forms hard coating containing 97% zinc
- Short drying time: dust dry: 5-10 min, touch dry: 40-45 min, hardened: 18-24 h
- Capacity: 400ml=1,5-2m2 by one application
- Anti-corrosive properties
- Resistant to weather conditions and UV
- Resistant to high temperature to +300şC
- Very good filling properties
- On surfaces covered with Primer Zinc is possible to apply paint
- Compatible with other lacquering systems: nitro, acrylic, synthetic
- Possibility of using in welding spot
